I first discovered the amazing hiking opportunities around Chamonix when I did the TMB in 2005. About ten years later I moved here with my family and we have continued to explore the valley and surrounding areas. As my children get older we are exploring further afield, and higher into the mountains.
An experienced long distance hiker, I have always loved the mountains. Before moving to Chamonix (and having kids), I did a lot of self supported expeditions around the world. These included multi week hiking trips in Canada, the United States, South America, and Nepal.
