The Buvette de Cerro is a nice little snackbar located on the north-bank of the gorge that is cut out by the Glacier des Bossons. It has a great little terrace overlooking the gorge and over to the other side towards the Chalet du Glaciers des Bossons. There is a trail that leads upwards to three different viewings points for the Glacier des Bossons. As can be expected, the best view is to be had from the highest viewing point which is roughly a 40 minute walk from the Buvette de Cero. The first two viewing points are much nearer by and can both be visited in roughly 20 minutes. The snack bar serves a variety of drinks and offers cheese fondue and little snacks.

The easisest access to the Buvette de Cerro is by car. You can take the highway up to the entrance of the Mont Blanc Tunnel and right before reaching the toll booths there is a right turn you can take to the Parking de Cerro. From there it is short 15 minute walk to the snack bar. A good alternative is to park your car a little further down at the parking for the Cascade du Dard waterfall and the Buvette de la Cascard du Dard snack bar. From there it is roughly 30 minutes to Cerro and that way you can visit both at the same time. Lastly, there are many trails that you can take from Chamonix and Les Bossons to reach Cerro.
