Le Chalet de Charamillon is a massive chalet located on the mid-station of the Tour-Balme ski area above the hamlet of Le Tour. In winter it operates both a large self service restaurant and a snack bar. In summer only the snack bar is open. The chalet has a massive outdoor terrace facing the view of the Chamonix Valley. The snack bars sells hot and cold drinks and sandwiches and other small snacks. 


The easiest access to the Chalet de Charamillon is using the Charamillon gondola which departs from Le Tour and ends a few dozen meters away from the chalet . The snack bar is open when the lifts are open which is from mid June to mid September. You can find more information and the exact dates on their website.
