Le Paradis des Praz is a clearing in the forest north from the Chamonix Golf Course with a snack bar and a large playground. There is also a little river that runs through the area with a wide shallow area where kids can wade and play on the river bed. There is also an improvised brideway over the river. The Paradis des Praz snack bar offers drinks and snacks like pancakes, waffles and ice cream. They also offer pony rides for kids. This is probably the most popular playground for the local families and on Wednesdays and weekends you will see many locals making their way here to entertain their kids. 

The easiest access to Paradis des Praz is from the Chamonix golf course car park. When coming by public transport the most convenient bus stop is located at the Flegere lift station near the center of Les Praz. Another great option is to come from the north from Les Tines. The path that runs next to the Arve river between Les Tines and the Paradis des Praz is very beautiful and nice and flat.
